This New Breathing Technique Will Calm Your Anxiety In Seconds    




Many people are familiar with yoga breathing, which seeks to expand completely the chest and diaphragm to inhale as much as possible. There is another type of breathing, called Power Breathing in which the time during inhalation is half the time of exhalation.
