Sunday Night Anxiety Is The Result Of Negative Thoughts About The Following Week

One of the most anxious situations is on Sunday night when the person realizes that the weekend is finishing and the next day he must go to work. However, there are ways to avoid it. According to specialists, the main cause of anxiety is thinking that Monday morning will not go well, and it worsens if there is a demanding activity, like a staff meeting, in which the person believes he will be poorly evaluated. In this case, the idea is to think that it will go well. Also, it is a good idea to avoid a stressful night by enjoying it more, such as taking a nice dinner or watching a movie.
