Speaking in front of an audience usually leads from a little anxiety and in extreme cases, a paralyzing effect. A small amount of anxiety is good because it can mean that you are engaged with the audience. Anxiety can result in fear of failure, or it can result from caring much about transmitting your message. Other cause may be because of a lack of preparation, which can be solved preparing better.
