Thinking About The Present By Reconnecting To Yourself    




Sometimes we disconnect ourselves. This causes us anxiety. We are worried about the pending matters in our jobs or families or taking care of everyone else. In other cases, we are thinking about the past or what will happen in the future. Reconnecting is thinking in the present and being aware of what is happening now.
