Practicing Mindfulness Is Not Hard    




Many people talk about mindfulness for dealing with stress, but that doesn’t make sense when the real world has 10-hour workdays, long commutes, or taking care of your kids also. However, mindfulness has another meaning. For example, it helps to do small tasks throughout the day with a greater focus on them.
