Can’t Move When Waking Up? You May Have Sleep Paralysis    




There is a condition called sleep paralysis, in which the body is unable to move when waking up and it is also accompanied by hallucinations. This creates a panic scenario which also has difficulty in breathing and also extreme anxiety.
